Cabinet wiring rewards a conductor that routes neatly, but easy routing is different from continuous movement. H07V-K is a flexible single-core wire for protected fixed installations. For panel builders sourcing from Vietnam, the practical buying details are cross-section, colour, termination compatibility and a consistent spool programme.

Inside the cable
H07V-K has a class 5 fine-stranded copper conductor surrounded by PVC insulation. It is a non-sheathed single-core wire: no separate overall jacket, metallic braid or armour belongs in the representative construction. The 07 voltage category is 450/750 V. Strand structure, insulation thickness and outside diameter vary by cross-section and should be checked against the selected drawing rather than scaled from a photograph.

Where it is used
Typical applications include wiring inside control cabinets and equipment, and suitable protected conduit or duct arrangements. The flexible conductor helps routing around terminals and through organized wireways in a fixed installation. Buyers may need a balanced stock of colours for functional identification; protective-conductor identification should follow the project’s applicable requirements rather than a purely visual preference.

Ratings and selection points
The normal H07V-K reference has a 70°C conductor operating limit, distinct from H07V2-K heat-resistant variants. Fine stranding does not establish suitability for a cable chain or repeated machine motion. Check terminal acceptance for class 5 conductors and any required ferrules or termination method with the equipment maker. PVC is also not inherently a halogen-free material; specify a different suitable family if LSZH is required.

A clearer factory RFQ
A panel-wire RFQ should list mm² size, conductor class, colour and metres per spool, with quantities for each combination. Identify protected fixed wiring and any equipment or building-product documentation needed. Include terminal and processing needs if the wire will be automatically cut, stripped or fitted with contacts.
Compare the TGS H07V-K configurations for the available reference size tables. State the required conductor resistance, nominal dimensions, test documents and marking for the exact order. Reference tables and illustrations guide the enquiry; the agreed drawing and approved specification define production.
Manufacturing in Vietnam with TGS
TGS Cable Industrial is a large manufacturing group producing wire and cable in Vietnam. The group has served Costco, Walmart, Target and many other customers for more than five years. That company-wide experience informs our work with importers, distributors and retail supply programmes. For your H07V-K enquiry, our factory team reviews the construction, destination requirements, quantities and packing before confirming the order.

Frequently asked questions
Does flexible H07V-K mean continuous-flex service?
No. Its flexible conductor is intended to help installation and routing. Repeated-motion life requires a separately suitable cable and defined motion conditions.
Is H07V-K normally a 90°C wire?
The standard reference described here is 70°C. Do not confuse it with a heat-resistant variant or transfer another product’s temperature rating.
Technical references
Manufacturer references explain the representative cable family and construction. They do not certify a TGS product. The agreed order drawing, product marking and applicable approval documents define the supplied cable.
