A standard cable can be the starting point. The product your customer buys may need a different colour, a specific finished diameter, prepared ends or a complete cable assembly. Our factory in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, brings cable manufacturing and signal-wire processing together so buyers can develop an enquiry around the finished connection they actually need.
Whether you are sourcing residential electrical cable, a signal lead, a wire harness or a specialised cable assembly, the conversation starts with your drawing, application and production volume.
Customisation beyond the cable name
The factory can customise cable colour, diameter and thickness to suit the agreed specification. This gives distributors and equipment buyers flexibility when a standard catalogue description does not fully describe their product. A recognisable jacket colour may matter to a distribution range; a specific outside diameter may matter to an equipment interface; insulation and jacket dimensions may be central to the construction brief.
Send the desired dimensions and tolerances along with the intended application. Custom construction is developed around those requirements, including the materials and destination specifications that apply to the product. Our wire and cable catalogue provides useful references for familiar families such as THHN building wire, XHHW-2 and flexible cords.
Signal-wire processing and moulded cable ends
One of the factory's three workshops is dedicated to signal-wire processing. Across the operation, 50 wire-stripping machines and 15 cable-end injection-moulding machines support the preparation and finishing stages needed for cable-assembly enquiries. More than 15 production and assembly lines provide a manufacturing base for programmes involving multiple processing steps.
For a wire harness or moulded cable enquiry, include the overall length, wire or cable construction, end preparation and connector references. If an existing sample defines the requirement more clearly than a product name, share it alongside the drawing. The team can then review the proposed assembly sequence and the details that need to be agreed before production.
Network cables, USB cables and HDMI cables
The manufacturing scope also includes network cables, USB cables, HDMI cables and other specialised cables. These enquiries are handled as distinct product briefs, with the required connector arrangement, construction and performance requirements clearly identified. For USB and HDMI products, specify the exact interface and required functionality; for network cable, state the requested category and construction.
These products do not yet have individual pages in the electrical cable catalogue. You can send a custom cable enquiry directly with the relevant drawings, sample details and order quantity. This keeps the discussion focused on the product you need rather than an approximate catalogue match.
Cable and electronics assembly in one manufacturing operation
A separate workshop assembles circuit-board products, while the residential cable workshop focuses on electrical wire and cable. Together with the signal-wire workshop and a workforce of 500 permanent employees, this gives buyers a broader production environment for discussing cable and electronics requirements. View the factory and assembly areas before planning your visit or supplier review.
Bring your custom cable brief to the factory
For an OEM or private-label programme, include your cable drawing, quantity breakdown, colour requirements, marking and packaging. Share the intended market and preferred delivery schedule as well. Contact the factory team to turn that brief into a focused review of construction, assembly and commercial options.
